I loved this hotel! The mattress and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever encountered! Nice location, nice restaurant, nice views, nice staff. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
Very bad and does not worth the money for one star hotel
The location is good it was far enough out to feel like you could escape the crowds. The hanging flower baskets were really lovely.
It would be a good idea i think if they had air conditioning in the rooms, and ironing boards and irons.
Walk about ten to fifteen minutes to town center. Convenience location just at the road side of main street, the Connaught Drive, easy to find. Good for traveler just stay in sleep and go.
No air conditioning.
Close to shopping
There was a humming in the fan/heater unit....Rm # 120, didn't sleep very well. House keeping knocked on my door @ 9:00 Am and woke me up!! And honestly that room should just be a storage room as I felt that I was stuck back in the corner. So I would recommend this hotel...just not that particular room.
Great location. Handy parking location. Friendly staff.
The website said there would be a refrigerator amongst other amenities that were not present. Not sure how this happened.
Location was awesome, staff very friendly
Starting the hot tubes up at 5:50 am for a couple who were staying in the lodge. Hot tubes right outside our window. May have made that couple happy but ticked all the rooms around it off.
Closeness to downtown, good price, value
Wifi only worked for 5 minutes
Location and good service by morning staff at breakfast. Also got immediate assistant when toilet overflowed for no apparent reason.
The hotel is old and needs major updating. The younger staff in the lounge in the evening need to be supervised so they don't spend so much time visiting with staff from the restaurant and pay more attention to giving service to the customers. It might also help if they didn't appear half asleep. We did not use the hot tubs as they were outside off the lobby- poor location. An indoor hot tub would have been really enjoyable.
Location in the middle of the most glorious scenery
A hundred yards from the main railway line. Our room looked out onto the main lin and the main road. Quite noisy at times.
Staff were friendly and competent. Food and service in Anthony's Restaurant were excellent.
The room was overheated and it wasn't possible to adjust the heat. Leaving the window open wasn't an option due to parking lot noise and trains.
The hotel is along the main road in Jasper, in easy walking distance to the town centre. Staff at check out was extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel is right along the main road and rail line which was rather loud at night with trains passing. However, this would be common to most hotels in Jasper. The whirl pools are in an odd spot, right beside the parking lot, separated by a wodden fence. Not the nicest of places to relax in.
Walking back to our room from the pool there were two men sitting in the Housekeeping Laundry room who stared at me and made a "kissing" sound as I walked past - I would never stay here again.
Close to Jasper activity center
Enjoyed checking in and then dropping stuff with coats in room to enjoy attached restaurant so we did not have to dress for out doors to go eat. All staff very friendly and made me feel welcome.
