Housekeeping was thorough and attentive.
During my three-night stay, I was appalled to find dirty pants inside the bed and red stains on the linen. The staff's response was utterly disappointing, with no personnel available to clean the room, leaving us to sleep in a dirty bed after a long 6-hour drive. Additionally, the claim of free parking was misleading. we had to search for a spot outside, which was not free, and my deposit was never released despite multiple inquiries.

great location but rooms need updating
The location made it easy to access local shops! The ground floor room had a back door to the parking lot, which was convenient for loading the car.
The rooms felt a bit dated compared to expectations.

The location is fantastic, just steps from
restaurants and cafes, making it easy to explore. The staff were professional and parking was convenient. However, the car park seemed small during busy times, which could be an issue for larger crowds.

We had a delightful experience during our stay! The location was perfect, as we were close to the railway station and local shops. Dining in the hotel was a treat. I recommend the restaurant's excellent food, especially after a day of exploring Jasper with our family and relatives.
In my kids’ opinion, having a breakfast included would definitely enhance our experience. It would have been a nice touch for families traveling together.

The Standard Queen Room was spacious and super comfy. Loved having a balcony to enjoy my morning coffee. Lighting in the room was nice, and the beds were really cozy. There's a fridge and microwave too, which was a bonus. Just a heads up, it’s near a train track, but they give you earplugs if you need them. Overall, really chill vibe.

Comfortable rooms with a clean atmosphere. Good-sized Queen Studio featuring a fridge, microwave, and a balcony offering a nice view.
Parking situation is inconvenient. the lot is tight with limited availability, making street parking necessary, especially during peak season. Noise from the train is consistent, and conversations from neighboring rooms can be heard, which might disturb light sleepers. The heater/AC unit is loud, impacting the quiet of the night.
